If you have an interactive business that focuses on the transmedia space and want an opportunity to establish connections with Los Angeles-based interactive/film studios and producers, then look no further: Interactive Ontario (IO) is seeking participants for its latest mission, LAX: The Los Angeles Connection, that will take place February 19 – 22, 2013.

Made possible by the Ontario Media Development Corporation, the LAX project aims to deepen connections and enhance visibility between Ontario and L.A.-based interactive businesses. This is the third such event in Los Angeles, and is made possible through partnerships with CASO (Computer Animation Studios Ontario) and FilmOntario.

The four-day trade mission includes:

  • a day for self-arranged meetings,
  • a presentation on your company and recent projects to L.A.-based studios and transmedia producers at the Transmedia L.A. Meetup and Networking Reception, and
  • one-on-one meetings facilitated by IO and LAX partners.

Selected participants will receive hotel accommodations and $200 towards air travel.

Don’t miss out! The deadline to apply online is November 16, 2012. Full details are available on the IO website.
