If you’re a researcher from an academic institution or private organization based in Ontario or Quebec, you’ll want to learn more about an exciting new funding opportunity in the field of biomedical research and technology.

The Quebec Consortium for Drug Discovery (CQDM) recently launched a new funding program in partnership with CDMN node MaRS Innovation, the Ontario Brain Institute and the Ontario Centres of Excellence, to develop joint research projects between Quebec and Ontario. The joint provincial program aims to fund the development of new enabling technologies and processes that have the potential to facilitate or accelerate the discovery or the development of new drugs.

The first information session will take place in Toronto on Thursday July 26th at 1PM at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre (250 Yonge Street, 35th Floor). Another information session will be held in Montreal at a later date (TBD).

To register, send your name by email to cqdm@cqdm.org.  For more information, visit the CQDM Website www.cqdm.org.
