Apply Now for the 2012 Regional Awards for New Technology

Attention all Canadian technology SMEs! You have until Wednesday, October 17th, 2012 to apply for the Award for New Technology which recognizes “innovative excellence in the development, adoption, and application of new technology in process or products.”

How it works
One award winner and two finalists will be selected, in each of the five Industrial Research Assistant Program (IRAP) regions across Canada (BC/Yukon, Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic/Nunavut), and recognized for their outstanding achievements.

To honour the award recipient and finalists for their innovative excellence in new technology, presentations will be held in each region. In addition, regional award recipients will be showcased in the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME’s) national 20/20 magazine and will be publicised in a regional press release.

One of the five Regional Award recipients will also be selected to receive the highest honour of the prestigious 2012 CME National Innovation Award for New Technology.
